Julia Lofts

Julia is a qualified counsellor & psychotherapist.
Julia came to mindfulness very much as a last resort. After ten years of acute back pain and migraines, and with seemingly no medical solution, Julia was initially skeptical.
Yet by the end of my first eight-week course, she was noticing such significant changes that she became determined to integrate the amazing properties of Mindfulness into her Counselling practice in Tunbridge Wells.

Julia works with individual clients, couples and groups. Julia also runs regular mindfulness courses and weekly meditation groups in Wadhurst, East Sussex, and Tunbridge Wells, West Kent.

Sophie Matthew

Sophie is based in North London and very much enjoys teaching both Mindfulness for Health and Mindfulness for Stress courses. Sophie has had a regular personal meditation practice for several years and found the Breathworks approach to be transformative in my own life. Sophie is therefore delighted to be able to share it with others.

Sophie has ankylosing spondylitis (a form of painful inflammatory arthritis), so lives with chronic pain and understand the importance of a mindful approach to both pain and stress. The Breathworks approach brings the ability to respond rather than react to life’s difficulties and make profound changes in our lives, increasing wellbeing and reducing suffering and stress.
