The Awareness course will introduce you to Mindfulness, helping you to understand how it can benefit you and those around you.
We will look at what mindfulness is and discuss a few common misconceptions. There will be opportunities to experience some of our meditation practices such as a body awareness and breathing exercises.
By the end of the session you will have something to take away and use in daily life, and we can look at what the next steps are by looking at the courses we offer, as well as books and CDs that can help you further.
The awareness course is also a great starting point for those looking to undertake a more in depth intensive course and/or explore using Mindfulness within schools and workplaces.
